The people are nice but the place is run Gestapo style and doesn't have a great welcoming feeling to it. Use caution if you're signing up as a distributor as the compliance department is hair triggered when you are earning an income and will suspend or terminate you without earned compensation for the least infraction of their policies and procedures.

The product is great! Be aware of the auto fill radio button for re-order. I am not a member, but I have been sent 2 additional orders that I did not authorize. Canceling was very easy and rep was helpful and polite. I will order in future, but will be vigilant of auto fill - auto ship re-orders.

These guys have absolutely excellent customer service. And their products are great too! I set up auto pay through my acupuncturist and in the first month lost 25 pounds. I’m still losing weight. I got too many auto ship boxes sent to me and they issued me a refund and paid for the return shipping. It was really easy to deal with them and I like the price a lot. At first the shakes can taste a little rough probably because I was used to eating so much junk food. But once you get used to them you don’t mind them at all! This has been a great opportunity for me to set up my weight-loss program to where I am eating less food. I’m feeling a lot better energy wise and really healthy. I ordered the plant-based chocolate and vanilla mint try shakes and they’re really good
